My name is Maria Henriksen and I am a Danish artist educated with a Bachelor of Arts in Animation & Illustration from the Animation Workshop in Viborg. The interest in drawing has always been with me since I was a child and I am simply happiest when I'm doing what I'm passionate about.

I have been working in the game and film industry as an Artist and Animator over the past 5 years while travelling Europe. There I worked on animation films for Netflix, art for mobile games and illustrated fantastical creatures and animals for books and more. I've also had the pleasure of teaching at The Animation Workshop. Now I also teach as a private mentor.

I take great pride in creating excellent work, which in turn help me develop my skills further every time I make a new piece. This has luckily brought great joy to my clients, which only further motivates me on my art journey.
